目的：对异位妊娠中采用阴道超声诊断的临床价值进行分析探讨。方法选取于2013年12月～2014年10月期间在我院接受治疗的37例异位妊娠患者，对这些患者先后采用经腹部超声诊断以及经阴道超声诊断，根据住院手术和临床病理检查结果对两种诊断方法的正确率进行对比。结果经阴道超声检查诊断正确率高于经腹部超声检查，误诊率、漏诊率低于经腹部超声检查，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠具有临床价值，具有很高的诊断正确率，能够减少误诊以及漏诊情况，对早期诊断以及治疗异位妊娠具有十分重要的作用，在异位妊娠的临床诊断中具有较高的临床应用价值。
목적：대이위임신중채용음도초성진단적림상개치진행분석탐토。방법선취우2013년12월～2014년10월기간재아원접수치료적37례이위임신환자，대저사환자선후채용경복부초성진단이급경음도초성진단，근거주원수술화림상병리검사결과대량충진단방법적정학솔진행대비。결과경음도초성검사진단정학솔고우경복부초성검사，오진솔、루진솔저우경복부초성검사，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론경음도초성진단이위임신구유림상개치，구유흔고적진단정학솔，능구감소오진이급루진정황，대조기진단이급치료이위임신구유십분중요적작용，재이위임신적림상진단중구유교고적림상응용개치。
Objective Clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is to be studied. Methods We chose 37 patients of ectopic pregnancy who were received and treated in hospital from December 2013 to October 2014 and diagnose these patients with abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound respectively; and then compared diagnosis accuracy between these two approaches on a basis of patients’operation results and clinical pathologic outcomes. Results Diagnosis accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound was much higher than that of abdominal ultrasound; besides,misdiagnosis and diagosis-missed incidence of transvaginal ultrasound were lower than those of abdominal ultrasound; there was a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound is of clinical value in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,it is conducive to increasing diagnosis accuracy and decreasing misdiagnosis and diagnosis-missed incidence,which is significant for early diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy;thus,such a diagnosis method is of application value in clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
