目的：对CT诊断在结核性胸膜炎患者中的临床价值进行研究。方法选取于2014年3月～2014年12月期间在我院接受治疗的38例结核性胸膜炎患者，对这些患者分别进行B超和CT检查，然后对比两种诊断方法对结核性胸膜炎诊断的准确率。结果 B超诊断正确率为81.6%，CT诊断正确率为94.7%，则CT诊断的正确率高于B超检查，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 CT诊断结核性胸膜炎具有很高的临床价值，并且操作简单、经济实用，同时能够为结核性胸膜炎患者的治疗提供有效的影像学依据。

목적：대CT진단재결핵성흉막염환자중적림상개치진행연구。방법선취우2014년3월～2014년12월기간재아원접수치료적38례결핵성흉막염환자，대저사환자분별진행B초화CT검사，연후대비량충진단방법대결핵성흉막염진단적준학솔。결과 B초진단정학솔위81.6%，CT진단정학솔위94.7%，칙CT진단적정학솔고우B초검사，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론 CT진단결핵성흉막염구유흔고적림상개치，병차조작간단、경제실용，동시능구위결핵성흉막염환자적치료제공유효적영상학의거。
Objective Clinical value on CT diagnosis of patients with tuberculosis pleurisy is to be studied. Methods Selected 38 patients with tuberculosis pleurisy who were received and treated in hospital from March 2014 to December 2014 and had them diagnosed by B-ultrasound examination and CT examination,and then compared diagnosis accuracy between these two diagnosis methods. Results The diagnosis accuracy of B-ultrasound was 81.6%,while CT diagnosis accuracy was much higher with 94.7% accuracy rate,there was a great differential between these two diagnosis methods, and such a differential had statistic value(P <0.05). Conclusion CT examination is of great value in diagnosis of patients with tuberculosis pleurisy,it is easy to operate and economical and it is conducive to provide reliable imaging evidence for treatment of patients with tuberculosis pleurisy.
