目的：对多层螺旋CT诊断宫颈癌淋巴结转移的临床价值进行探讨分析。方法对于2014年4～12月期间在我院接受治疗的43例宫颈癌淋巴结转移患者的多层螺旋CT检查结果进行回顾性分析，并与病理结果进行对比。结果多层螺旋CT诊断宫颈癌转移淋巴结的特异度为93.3%，敏感度为72.7%，准确率93.0%，阳性预测值为76.9%，阴性预测值为93.3%。结论多层螺旋CT诊断宫颈癌淋巴结转移具有十分显著的临床价值，具有较高的诊断准确率，并且图像清晰直观，已成为治疗前诊断宫颈癌淋巴结转移的常规检查手段之一。

목적：대다층라선CT진단궁경암림파결전이적림상개치진행탐토분석。방법대우2014년4～12월기간재아원접수치료적43례궁경암림파결전이환자적다층라선CT검사결과진행회고성분석，병여병리결과진행대비。결과다층라선CT진단궁경암전이림파결적특이도위93.3%，민감도위72.7%，준학솔93.0%，양성예측치위76.9%，음성예측치위93.3%。결론다층라선CT진단궁경암림파결전이구유십분현저적림상개치，구유교고적진단준학솔，병차도상청석직관，이성위치료전진단궁경암림파결전이적상규검사수단지일。
Objective Clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis is to be analyzed. Methods Reviewed and analyzed CT diagnosis data and selected from 43 patients of cervical lymph node metastasis who were received and treated in hospital from April 2014 to December 2014 and then compared diagnosis results to pathology results. Results Multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis had a specificity of 93.3%and a sensitivity of 72.7%and the diagnosis accuracy was up to 93.0%;besides,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis were 76.9%and 93.3%respectively. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT is of clinical value and accuracy in diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis,and its diagnosis image is clear and directly perceived,so far,multi-slice spiral CT has become one of the most common approaches in diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis.
