目的：探究神经根型颈椎病患者采用前路手术治疗的效果。方法选取2013年7月～2014年9月收治的36例神经根型颈椎病患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组19例患者采用前路手术治疗，对照组17例患者选择保守治疗，对比治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗优良率为89.47%，对照组患者治疗优良率为76.47%。两组患者的治疗优良率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论神经根型颈椎病患者采用前路手术治疗，能够彻底减压，效果显著，安全性高，很少有复发的情况。

목적：탐구신경근형경추병환자채용전로수술치료적효과。방법선취2013년7월～2014년9월수치적36례신경근형경추병환자진행치료，수궤분조，실험조19례환자채용전로수술치료，대조조17례환자선택보수치료，대비치료효과。결과실험조환자치료우량솔위89.47%，대조조환자치료우량솔위76.47%。량조환자적치료우량솔차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론신경근형경추병환자채용전로수술치료，능구철저감압，효과현저，안전성고，흔소유복발적정황。
Objective Anterior surgery treatment effect to cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy is to be explored. Methods We chose 36 patients of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy who were treated in hospital from July 2013 to September 2014 and separated them into two groups at random,19 patients in study group were given anterior surgery treatment,while 17 patients in control group were given conservative treatment,and then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Treatment excel ence rate in study group was up to 89.47%,while treatment excel ence rate in control group was 76.47%,there was a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Anterior surgery treatment is of efficacy in treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy,it is effective to decrease patients’pressure completely with high surgery safety and less il ness reoccurrence.
