目的：分析综合干预对精神科护士心理健康的影响。方法将2014年1月～2014年6月我院精神科接受常规管理的20名护士作为对照组，将2014年7月～2014年12月接受综合干预的20名护士作为研究组，观察两组效果，并比较。结果研究组SCL-90评分改善情况优于对照组（P<0.05），差异显著。结论综合干预对精神科护士心理健康影响较大，可提高健康水平。
목적：분석종합간예대정신과호사심리건강적영향。방법장2014년1월～2014년6월아원정신과접수상규관리적20명호사작위대조조，장2014년7월～2014년12월접수종합간예적20명호사작위연구조，관찰량조효과，병비교。결과연구조SCL-90평분개선정황우우대조조（P<0.05），차이현저。결론종합간예대정신과호사심리건강영향교대，가제고건강수평。
Objective Comprehensive intervention influence on nurses’mental health in Psychiatry Department is to be studied. Methods Selectd 20 nurses who were given conventional treatment in psychiatry department from January 2014 to June 2014 as study cases and separated them into control group,while selectd 20 nurses who were given comprehensive intervention from July 2014 to December 2014 and separated them into study group and then observed and compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Improvement of patients’SCL-90 score in study group was much better than that in control group(P<0.05);there was a comparison differential between two groups,and such a differential was of significance. Conclusion Comprehensive intervention exerts much more influence on nurses’mental health in psychiatry department and it is conducive to improving their health state.
