阐述了智能电网的内涵和电网智能化的重点内容,介绍了中国国网公司智能电网开发的现况。我国的低碳之路必须要调整能源结构,做到煤和天然气的清洁、高效利用,大力发展可再生能源、分布式能源系统,加快核电建设,由以化石能源为主,转为以可再生能源为主的低碳、无碳能源发展之路。

By expounding the connotation of the smart grid and the important contents of grid Intellectualization,this article suggests that it is essential for the low carbon development of China to transfer the energy development strategy from the traditional model based on the fossil fuels to the renewable energy orientation by adjusting the energy struc-ture,realizing clean and efficient utilization of coal and natural gas,developing renewable energy and distributed ener-gy system vigorously and accelerating the nuclear projects construction.
