通过运动焦虑问卷调查学生的焦虑水平,同时考察学生双杠技能的学习成绩,探索运动焦虑对双杠技能学习的影响。结果发现不同技能成绩水平学生认知焦虑程度、躯体焦虑程度和状态自信心程度有显著性差异。技能成绩越好的学生认知焦虑和躯体焦虑水平相对较低,状态自信心水平越高。
通過運動焦慮問捲調查學生的焦慮水平,同時攷察學生雙槓技能的學習成績,探索運動焦慮對雙槓技能學習的影響。結果髮現不同技能成績水平學生認知焦慮程度、軀體焦慮程度和狀態自信心程度有顯著性差異。技能成績越好的學生認知焦慮和軀體焦慮水平相對較低,狀態自信心水平越高。

Through the sports anxiety questionnaire survey and parallel bar skills examination of students, this paper analyzes the influence of sports anxiety on leaning of parallel bars. The results showed that different grades students have significant difference on cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety and state self-confidence degree. Students have the better skills cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety level is relatively low and higher level of the confidence.
