目的：探讨曲美他嗪对急性心肌梗死急诊经皮冠脉介入治疗（PCI）术后 HSP70表达及心功能的影响。方法将急诊 PCI 的AMI 患者60例按随机数字表法分为对照组和曲美他嗪组，每组30例。曲美他嗪组在规范治疗基础上每日加服曲美他嗪片60 mg，每次20 mg，每日3次。于 PCI 术前，术后7、14 d 通过酶联免疫法测定 HSP70，术前及术后第14天检测 LVEF、E／A 值。结果曲美他嗪组与对照组比较 HSP70在术后第7天和14天明显升高，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），曲美他嗪组与对照组比较 LVEF、E／A 明显提高，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论曲美他嗪可提高缺血再灌注心肌 HSP70表达，并改善急性心肌梗死患者 PCI 术后的心功能。
목적：탐토곡미타진대급성심기경사급진경피관맥개입치료（PCI）술후 HSP70표체급심공능적영향。방법장급진 PCI 적AMI 환자60례안수궤수자표법분위대조조화곡미타진조，매조30례。곡미타진조재규범치료기출상매일가복곡미타진편60 mg，매차20 mg，매일3차。우 PCI 술전，술후7、14 d 통과매련면역법측정 HSP70，술전급술후제14천검측 LVEF、E／A 치。결과곡미타진조여대조조비교 HSP70재술후제7천화14천명현승고，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05），곡미타진조여대조조비교 LVEF、E／A 명현제고，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론곡미타진가제고결혈재관주심기 HSP70표체，병개선급성심기경사환자 PCI 술후적심공능。
Objective To investigate the effects of trimetazidine on heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) levels and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI)after percutaneous coro-nary intervention (PCI).Methods Sixty patients undergoing emergency PCI for AMI were randomly given standardized treatment alone (control group,n=30)or in combination with trimetazidine tablets (3 times per day,20 mg per time;trimetazidine group,n = 30).The levels of HSP70 were detected by ELISA before and 7 and 14 days after PCI.In addition,the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)and the ratio of early to late peak velocities (E/A)were measured before and 14 days after PCI.Results Compared with control group,HSP70 levels were elevated 7 and 14 days after PCI,and both LVEF and E/A ratio were increased 14 days after PCI (P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine treatment can increase HSP70 expression and improve cardiac function in AMI patients after PCI.
