目的:探讨绵阳市人群血清丙氨基转移酶(ALT)水平与性别年龄关系,为临床运用及本地区ALT水平的制定提供参考资料。方法:测定绵阳市10916例健康体检者血清ALT的值,并对不同性别、年龄人群血清ALT 结果进行统计学分析。结果:绵阳市受检人群中男性血清ALT均值水平高于女性,不同性别间有显著差异(P<0.001);不同年龄组间血清ALT均值水平依次增高顺序为:少年组<老年组<中年组<青年组,青年与中年组ALT水平无显著差异(P>0.05),其余各组均有显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:性别和年龄是影响绵阳市人群血清ALT水平的因素之一,在临床诊断时应综合考虑其因素,血清ALT的参考值应根据不同地区、年龄和性别制定。

Objective:To explore the Mianyang crowd serum ALT level and gender and age relations, provide referrence for the establishment of the local area clinical ALT level. Methods:Investigate 10 916 serum ALT value of Mianyang healthy people. And use the statistica method to analysis results obtained from the Mianyang healthy crow to find whether there is a differentce between different age section and different sex section. Results:The masculine ALT mean level in Mianyang healthy examed crowd is higher than the female and there are significant differences between different gender (P< 0.001). Different age groups increased the mean serum ALT levels as following turn: junior<youth group<middle age group<elderly group ,the youth and middle-aged age group ALT level not remarkable difference (P>0.05), the rest of the Group has significant differences (P<0.001).Conclusion:Sex and age is one of the factors affecting serum ALT levels, its factors in clinical diagnosis should be considered, reference values for serum. ALT should be developed under different geographical, age and gender.
