目的：探讨临床护理路径应用于直肠癌切除术患者护理的效果。方法以2012年1月至2013年10月在我院普外科进行直肠切除术的95例患者为研究对象。按随机对照研究方法，将其分为A、B两组。 A组采用临床护理路径，B组采用常规护理，对两组患者疾病知晓情况，术前等待时间，总住院时间；住院费用及患者满意度等进行比较。结果 A组患者对本病知识的了解为90．0％，B组为73．3％；A组患者平均术前等待时间、平均住院日较B组短，住院费用较B组少；A组患者满意度为96．0％，B组为82．2％，两组比较差异有显著意义（P＜0．05）。结论在直肠癌切除术患者中应用临床路径护理较常规护理可提高患者对本病的认识、缩短术前等待时间及平均住院时间，减少住院费用，提高患者对医疗护理的满意度。
목적：탐토림상호리로경응용우직장암절제술환자호리적효과。방법이2012년1월지2013년10월재아원보외과진행직장절제술적95례환자위연구대상。안수궤대조연구방법，장기분위A、B량조。 A조채용림상호리로경，B조채용상규호리，대량조환자질병지효정황，술전등대시간，총주원시간；주원비용급환자만의도등진행비교。결과 A조환자대본병지식적료해위90．0％，B조위73．3％；A조환자평균술전등대시간、평균주원일교B조단，주원비용교B조소；A조환자만의도위96．0％，B조위82．2％，량조비교차이유현저의의（P＜0．05）。결론재직장암절제술환자중응용림상로경호리교상규호리가제고환자대본병적인식、축단술전등대시간급평균주원시간，감소주원비용，제고환자대의료호리적만의도。
Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway to resection of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 95 patients with colorectal cancer resection were randomized into CNP-group( Group A) with the pre-established clinical nursing pathway and conventional group ( Group B ) with the conventional specialist nursing during 2012January-2013 October.Then comparisons were conducted on the degree of cognition about the disease, waiting time for operation、duration and cost of hospitalization and degree of nursing satisfaction.Results The duration and cost of hospitalization、waiting time for operation were significantly less in the CNP-group than in the co ntrol group.Comparing with the control group, the degree of cognition about the disease and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher in the CNP group(P<0.05).Conclusions CNP in the nursing process of patients with Colorectal cancer resection can improve the degree of cognition about the disease and nursing satisfaction, shortened waiting time for operation and hospital stay, and reduce the cost of hospitalization.
