目的：探讨老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的综合护理方法。方法从该院自2013年10月—2014年10月期间所收治的老年糖尿病合并高血压患者当中选取60例为研究对象，将这些患者随机分为对照组和治疗组两组，每组各30例。对照组患者给予常规护理，治疗组患者给予综合护理，对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果经过一段时间的护理，对照组总有效率为76.7%，治疗组总有效率为96.7%，两组之间存在明显的差异，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者进行综合护理，能够有效的提高疾病的治疗效果，增进护患关系，改善患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토노년당뇨병합병고혈압환자적종합호리방법。방법종해원자2013년10월—2014년10월기간소수치적노년당뇨병합병고혈압환자당중선취60례위연구대상，장저사환자수궤분위대조조화치료조량조，매조각30례。대조조환자급여상규호리，치료조환자급여종합호리，대비분석량조적치료효과。결과경과일단시간적호리，대조조총유효솔위76.7%，치료조총유효솔위96.7%，량조지간존재명현적차이，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론대노년당뇨병합병고혈압환자진행종합호리，능구유효적제고질병적치료효과，증진호환관계，개선환자적생활질량。
Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing methods for elderly patients with diabetes complicated by hyper-tension. Methods Sixty elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension admitted in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the treatment group was given comprehensive nursing. And the treatment effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results After a period of nursing, the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%, and that of the treatment group was 96.7%, there is an obvious difference between the two groups with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension, comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect, improve the relationship between nurses and patients and the quality of life of the patients.
