目的：给予临床（DN）患者针对性的营养护理，并探讨其应用价值。方法随机将98例DN患者分成甲乙两组各49例，分别给予其常规护理与营养护理，观察两组护理效果。结果两组的尿蛋白、血脂与空腹血糖等水平均有所改善，且乙组改善情况更为显著（P<0.05）。结论针对临床DN患者的情况，给予其营养护理，可明显改善患者身体技能，提高护理效果，值得临床推广。
목적：급여림상（DN）환자침대성적영양호리，병탐토기응용개치。방법수궤장98례DN환자분성갑을량조각49례，분별급여기상규호리여영양호리，관찰량조호리효과。결과량조적뇨단백、혈지여공복혈당등수평균유소개선，차을조개선정황경위현저（P<0.05）。결론침대림상DN환자적정황，급여기영양호리，가명현개선환자신체기능，제고호리효과，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the application value of targeted nutritional nursing for diabetic nephropathy(DN) patients clini-cally. Methods 98 cases with DN were randomly divided into group A and group B with 49 cases in each, and given the conven-tional nursing and nutritional nursing, respectively. And the effects of nursing of two groups were observed. Results The urinary protein, blood lipid and fasting blood glucose levels of both groups improved, and the improvement of group B was much better(P<0.05). Conclusion Nutritional nursing given to the patients with DN based on the conditions of the patients can significantly im-prove the physical skills and nursing effect, so it is worth the clinical promotion.
