目的：探讨护理干预在T1DM患儿使用CSII的应用效果。方法随机将在该院接受CSII治疗的58例T1DM患儿分成甲乙两组各29例，分别给予其常规护理与针对性护理干预，观察其护理效果。结果两组DSQL评分与SF-36差异显著，且乙组患儿治疗依从性、护理满意度与不良反应发生率，显著优于甲组。结论给予T1DM患儿必要的CSII护理干预，可显著提高护理效果。
目的：探討護理榦預在T1DM患兒使用CSII的應用效果。方法隨機將在該院接受CSII治療的58例T1DM患兒分成甲乙兩組各29例，分彆給予其常規護理與針對性護理榦預，觀察其護理效果。結果兩組DSQL評分與SF-36差異顯著，且乙組患兒治療依從性、護理滿意度與不良反應髮生率，顯著優于甲組。結論給予T1DM患兒必要的CSII護理榦預，可顯著提高護理效果。
목적：탐토호리간예재T1DM환인사용CSII적응용효과。방법수궤장재해원접수CSII치료적58례T1DM환인분성갑을량조각29례，분별급여기상규호리여침대성호리간예，관찰기호리효과。결과량조DSQL평분여SF-36차이현저，차을조환인치료의종성、호리만의도여불량반응발생솔，현저우우갑조。결론급여T1DM환인필요적CSII호리간예，가현저제고호리효과。
Objective To investigate the nursing intervention effect on children with T1DM using CSII. Methods 58 children with T1DM treated by CSII in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B with 29 children in each, and given the conventional nursing and specific nursing intervention, respectively. And the effect of nursing was observed. Results The differ-ences in DSQL and SF-36 scores between the two groups were significant. The treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions of group B were obviously better than those of group A. Conclusion Giving necessary CSII nursing intervention to children with T1DM can significantly improve the nursing effect.
