目的：研究在支气管哮喘疾病中沙美特罗氟替卡松及常规方式的应用疗效。方法：选取我院2012年9月至2013年9月收治此病患者78例，分为常规组与实验组各39例。常规组用常规方式进行治疗，实验组用沙美特罗氟替卡松药物进行治疗。结果：实验组疗效明显比常规组好且存在差异极为明显（P＜0.05）结论：对支气管哮喘病患应用沙美特罗治疗获到极佳疗效，病患未产生明显不良反应，能够有效避免治疗风险。

Objective: To research the curative effect of salmeterol and fluticasone in treatment of. Methods: 78 cases of bronchial asthma patients treated by the hospital during September 2012 to September 2013 were chosen and divided into a conventional group and an experimental group with 39 cases each. Conventional group patients were treated with conventional methods, Experimental group with salmeterol fluticasone. Results:Curative effect of the experimental group was far better than that of the conventional group. Significant differences were observed in the comparison of treatment curative effect between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion:Application of salmeterol in treatment of bronchial asthma patients is eligible and the effect is excellent, No significant adverse effects were observed in the treatment and thus the risk of treatment are lowered.
