目的：探讨并分析血糖波动与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性。方法将我院于2009年9月-2013年9月所收治的76例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象，按照多伦多临床评分系统将其划分为四个组，即轻度组、中度组、重度组以及极重度组，全部患者均利用动态血糖监测系统来实施72小时的监测，就四组平均血糖水平、血糖标准差、日平均血糖的波动幅度以及血糖波动最大幅度进行对比和分析。结果平均血糖水平、血糖标准差以及日内平均血糖的波动幅度伴随着神经病变的加剧而增加，四组所存差异显著，具有统计学意义，即P＜0.05，由此可见，糖尿病周围神经病变的程度和血糖水平以及日内平均血糖的波动幅度为正相关。结论从本次研究所获结果的分析可知，血糖波动和糖尿病周围神经病变之间有关，且病变严重程度和血糖水平以及血糖波动幅度为正相关。
목적：탐토병분석혈당파동여당뇨병주위신경병변적상관성。방법장아원우2009년9월-2013년9월소수치적76례당뇨병주위신경병변환자작위연구대상，안조다륜다림상평분계통장기화분위사개조，즉경도조、중도조、중도조이급겁중도조，전부환자균이용동태혈당감측계통래실시72소시적감측，취사조평균혈당수평、혈당표준차、일평균혈당적파동폭도이급혈당파동최대폭도진행대비화분석。결과평균혈당수평、혈당표준차이급일내평균혈당적파동폭도반수착신경병변적가극이증가，사조소존차이현저，구유통계학의의，즉P＜0.05，유차가견，당뇨병주위신경병변적정도화혈당수평이급일내평균혈당적파동폭도위정상관。결론종본차연구소획결과적분석가지，혈당파동화당뇨병주위신경병변지간유관，차병변엄중정도화혈당수평이급혈당파동폭도위정상관。
