目的:分析妇产科临床带教采取 PBL(以问题为基础)方法的效果。方法抽取西安交通大学医学院第二附属医院妇产科临床医学生56名,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各28名。实验组采用 PBL 教学法,对照组采用 LBL(以授课为基础)教学法,对两组教学效果给予对比分析。结果实验组的理论综合考试成绩、临床技能考试成绩均明显优于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在妇产科临床带教工作当中加入 PBL 教学方法,不但可以使学生自主学习和团队协作能力明显提高,而且也可以使学生分析问题和解决问题能力明显提高,同时也提高了对妇产科的学习兴趣。

목적:분석부산과림상대교채취 PBL(이문제위기출)방법적효과。방법추취서안교통대학의학원제이부속의원부산과림상의학생56명,수궤분위실험조화대조조,매조각28명。실험조채용 PBL 교학법,대조조채용 LBL(이수과위기출)교학법,대량조교학효과급여대비분석。결과실험조적이론종합고시성적、림상기능고시성적균명현우우대조조,량조간차이구유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론재부산과림상대교공작당중가입 PBL 교학방법,불단가이사학생자주학습화단대협작능력명현제고,이차야가이사학생분석문제화해결문제능력명현제고,동시야제고료대부산과적학습흥취。
Objective To assess the effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL)teaching method used in the clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology for medical students.Methods We selected 56 medical students of clinical medicine studying obstetrics and gynecology at our hospital to participate in this trial.They were randomly assigned to experimental group and control group with 28 in each.PBL was adopted in experimental group while lecture-based learning (LBL)was performed in control group.The outcome measurements were scores of both theory and practice tests.Results PBL group significantly outperformed LBL group in the scores of both theory and clinical skill tests (P <0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method adopted in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can not only greatly improve students'autonomous learning and teamwork capacity but also upgrade their problem-analyzing and problem-solving abilities and increase their interest in learning obstetrics and gynecology.
