随着我国医药卫生体制改革和社会医疗保险、商业医疗保险的快速发展，社会对医疗保险人才需求日益增加。文章在分析该专业现状和社会需求的基础上，给出了我国医学院校医疗保险专业人才培养的改革建议，包括：以人为本，加强通识教育；规范课程设置，加强教材建设；强化学科交叉融合，培养复合型专业人才；加强高校和企业的联动，共同培养合格人才，等。

With the reform of China's health care system and rapid development of social and commercial medical insurance,the demand for medical insurance talents is increasing.The article analyzes the current situation of medical insurance specialty and social needs.Then it proposes reform of training medical insurance talents at medical colleges,including strengthening general education with focus on people;standardizing the curriculum and strengthening the construction of teaching materials;strengthening interdisciplinary integration and training of versatile professionals; and strengthening cooperation between colleges and enterprises to co-train qualified talents.
