目的:探讨血凊单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平在肺炎支原体(MP)感染时与尿常规的相关性。方法选取2013年6月至2014年5月我院收治的MP患儿48例作为观察组,选取同期我院体检健康的正常儿童48例作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法( ELISA)检测血清MCP-1水平,进行尿常规检测尿蛋白含量,探讨血凊MCP-1水平与尿蛋白的相关性。结果观察组血清MCP-1水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组尿蛋白含量>0.15 g/24 h患儿明显多于对照组(P<0.05),尿蛋白含量≤0.15 g/24 h患儿明显少于对照组(P<0.05);血凊MCP-1水平在MP感染时与尿蛋白呈正相关(r=0.98)。结论血凊MCP-1水平在MP感染时与尿蛋白呈正相关,随着血凊MCP-1水平的升高,尿蛋白含量增加。

Objective To investigate the correlation of chilly blood monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 ( MCP-1) levels in Mycoplasma pneumoniae ( MP) infection and urine.Methods Selected 48 cases of children with MP from June 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital as the observation group, selected 48 cases of healthy children at the same period in our hospital as the control group, used the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) to detect serum MCP-1 levels, urinalysis leukocyte urinary protein content, to explore the correlation ofchilly MCP-1 levels in blood and urinary protein.Results The serum levels of MCP-1 of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05), urinary protein content>0.15g/24h in children of the observation group was significantly more than the control group(P<0.05), urinary protein content≤0.15g/24h of suffering children was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05);serum MCP-1 levels chilly when MP infection was positively correlated and urinary protein(r=0.98).Conclusions Blood chilly MCP-1 levels at the time of MP infection were positively correlated with urinary protein, with elevated blood levels of MCP-1 chilly, white urinary protein content increased.
