目的：探讨宫内节育器安舒环、吉妮环、爱母环的临床避孕效果及副反应。方法：2010年10月至2013年10月我院采用对比研究的方法，随机放置安舒环221例，吉妮环223例，爱母环220例，于放置后1、3、6、12个月进行随访。结果：安舒环的带器妊娠率、因症取出率低于吉妮环、爱母环。安舒环的累积续用率高于吉妮环、爱母环。安舒环、爱母环经期延长率、不规则出血发生率、白带增多率低于吉妮环。安舒环、吉妮环的腰腹痛发生率低于爱母环。安舒环经量减少率高于吉妮环、爱母环。结论：临床医生应根据患者子宫的具体情况，选择合适的IUD。
목적：탐토궁내절육기안서배、길니배、애모배적림상피잉효과급부반응。방법：2010년10월지2013년10월아원채용대비연구적방법，수궤방치안서배221례，길니배223례，애모배220례，우방치후1、3、6、12개월진행수방。결과：안서배적대기임신솔、인증취출솔저우길니배、애모배。안서배적루적속용솔고우길니배、애모배。안서배、애모배경기연장솔、불규칙출혈발생솔、백대증다솔저우길니배。안서배、길니배적요복통발생솔저우애모배。안서배경량감소솔고우길니배、애모배。결론：림상의생응근거환자자궁적구체정황，선택합괄적IUD。
Objective: To observe the clinical contraceptive effect and side effect of 3 types of intrauterine contraceptive devices (IUD), Anshu-IUD, GyneFix IN IUD and MCu IUD. Methods: From October 2010 to October 2013, comparative study was carried out by applying 221 Anshu IUDs, 223 GyneFix IN IUDs, and 220 MCu IUDs to women. Follow-up survey were taken after 1,3,6,and 12 months. Results: Compared with the other two types of IUDs, the Anshu IUD had lower pregnancy rates, lower removal rates because of side-effect , and higher cumulative continuation rates.The menostaxis rate, abnormal vaginal bleeding rate, and leucorrhea increase rate of Anshu-IUD and MCu IUD are lower than that of GyneFix IN IUD. The osphyalgia and bellyache rate of Anshu-IUD and GyneFix IN IUD are lower than that of MCu IUD. The menstrual blood volume decrease rate of Anshu-IUD is higher than that of the GyneFix IN IUD and MCu IUD. Conclusion: The clinicians should select the most suitable IUD for the acceptor according to her physical and health conditions.
