建立反相高效液相色谱法测定暴马丁香中齐墩果酸含量的方法。采用Waters C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸水溶液(82∶18),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为205 nm。齐墩果酸进样浓度在0.01~1.0 mg/mL线性关系良好(R2=0.9998);平均回收率为101.3%(RSD=1.7%)。本法准确、可靠,灵敏度高,可作为暴马丁香中齐墩果酸的定量分析方法。

This paper aims to develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid in Syringa reticulate. A Waters C18 column was adopted. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-0.5%phosphoric acid solution (82:18). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, UV detection wave length was at 205nm. A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.01-1.0 mg/mL for oleanolic acid. The average recoveries was 101.3%(RSD=1.7%). This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and suitable for the determination of oleanolic acid in Syringa reticulate.
