以金融学本科专业课程中国际金融、公共经济学、货币银行学、保险学、金融市场学等5门主要课程的教学方式与期望教学方式为研究对象,对本科生进行问卷调查。就教学方式对学科前沿问题的引入效果、对科研知识储备的支持、对科研能力的提升效果等方面进行统计,运用Logistic多元回归,分析教学方式对研究型大学本科生科研能力的影响。结果显示,本科生的科研能力与教学方式之间存在很强的相关性,教学方式组合、多样性、课程设置、教师水平等变量对本科生的科研能力具有显著影响。因此,课程改革要“因课程施教”,着重于课程设置、教学方式组合、教学方式多样化等方面的改革,重视教师对课堂教学方式的改革与创新。

Nanjing agricultural university is committed to building a world class research university. The questionnaire survey of undergraduate student is based on the undergraduate courses for Finance major:interna?tional finance, public economics, money and banking, insurance and financial marketing. The statistical analy?sis is from the effect of mode of teaching in the subject frontier field, the support of undergraduate scientific re?search knowledge reserves, the promotion of undergraduate scientific research ability and so on through using Logistic multivariate regression, then we can see the influence of the empirical analysis teaching method of the university undergraduate scientific research ability. The empirical results show that the relation between under?graduate scientific research ability and teaching way has the very strong correlation, so the factors like the teaching way, variables, curriculum and teacher has a significant influence on undergraduate scientific research ability. Finally we should put forward the curriculum reform to"course teaching", and more effective measures should be taken on curriculum, the teaching way, the variety of teaching method and so on. In addition, we should pay high attention to the significance of teacher in teaching mode reform and innovation.
