竞合战略是指企业在竞争的基础上，为了自身利益的最大化，避免过度竞争而与竞争对手在价值链的某一环节寻求合作的战略。在超竞争环境下，竞合战略将成为企业生存和发展的最优战略选择。根据企业间竞争与合作的强度，竞合战略可以分为四种模式：竞强合强型、竞强合弱型、竞弱合强型、竞弱合弱型。企业应当结合自身的实际情况以及所处的历史环境选择竞合战略模式，并确定竞争与合作的强度，从而维护企业的根本利益，提升企业的核心价值，增强企业的长期竞争优势。
競閤戰略是指企業在競爭的基礎上，為瞭自身利益的最大化，避免過度競爭而與競爭對手在價值鏈的某一環節尋求閤作的戰略。在超競爭環境下，競閤戰略將成為企業生存和髮展的最優戰略選擇。根據企業間競爭與閤作的彊度，競閤戰略可以分為四種模式：競彊閤彊型、競彊閤弱型、競弱閤彊型、競弱閤弱型。企業應噹結閤自身的實際情況以及所處的歷史環境選擇競閤戰略模式，併確定競爭與閤作的彊度，從而維護企業的根本利益，提升企業的覈心價值，增彊企業的長期競爭優勢。

Co?operation strategy refers to avoiding excessive competition with rivals in same value chain to seek cooperation, on the basis of the maximization of self?interest in the competition. In hyper?competitive envi?ronment, co?operation strategy will become the optimal strategic choice for enterprise survival and development. According to the intensity of competition and cooperation between enterprises, co?operation strategy can be di?vided into four models. Enterprise should choose competition strategy mode in combination with their own prac?tical situation and historical environment, then determine the intensity of competition and cooperation, so as to maintain the fundamental interests of the enterprise, improve enterprise's core values and enhance enterprise's long?term competitive advantage.
