Salvia Miltiorrhiza%Aging%Learning and memory
目的:探讨丹参对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠学习记忆能力的影响及其作用途径。方法120 mg· kg-1· d-1 D-半乳糖注射6 w建立衰老小鼠模型,第15天随机分组后,丹参组注射丹参注射液0.1 ml/d连续28 d,空白对照和模型对照组注射等量的生理盐水。水迷宫实验检测小鼠的学习记忆能力;试剂盒测定血清和脑海马组织超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( GSH-Px)、单胺氧化酶( MAO)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与对照组比较,模型组小鼠学习记忆能力降低,血清和海马组织 SOD、GSH-Px 活性下降,MDA 含量增加 MAO 活性升高(P<0.05);腹腔注射丹参后小鼠认知记忆能力较模型组明显改善,血清和海马组织SOD、GSH-Px活性明显升高而MDA含量减少(P<0.05),海马中MAO活性降低(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液可改善D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠的学习记忆能力,其作用机制可能与改善血液和脑组织中 SOD、GSH-Px活力,降低血液和脑组织中MAO活性、 MDA含量有关。

목적:탐토단삼대D-반유당치쇠로모형소서학습기억능력적영향급기작용도경。방법120 mg· kg-1· d-1 D-반유당주사6 w건립쇠로소서모형,제15천수궤분조후,단삼조주사단삼주사액0.1 ml/d련속28 d,공백대조화모형대조조주사등량적생리염수。수미궁실험검측소서적학습기억능력;시제합측정혈청화뇌해마조직초양화물기화매( SOD)、곡광감태과양화물매( GSH-Px)、단알양화매( MAO)활력급병이철(MDA)함량。결과여대조조비교,모형조소서학습기억능력강저,혈청화해마조직 SOD、GSH-Px 활성하강,MDA 함량증가 MAO 활성승고(P<0.05);복강주사단삼후소서인지기억능력교모형조명현개선,혈청화해마조직SOD、GSH-Px활성명현승고이MDA함량감소(P<0.05),해마중MAO활성강저(P<0.05)。결론단삼주사액가개선D-반유당치쇠로모형소서적학습기억능력,기작용궤제가능여개선혈액화뇌조직중 SOD、GSH-Px활력,강저혈액화뇌조직중MAO활성、 MDA함량유관。
Objective To study the effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza( SM) on learning and memory ability of aging model mice induced by D-galactose.Methods D-galactose was injected 120 mg· kg-1 · d-1 for 42 days to make the aging model mice.15 d after,SM were injec-ted(0.1 ml/d)to the SM group mice for 28 days.Water maze experiment was used to detect the abilities of learning and memory of mice;su-peroxide dismutase ( SOD) ,glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px) ,monoamine oxidase ( MAO) activity and malondialdehyde ( MDA) content in serum and brain tissue were checked.Results Compared with that of control group,learning and memory abilities of model group was de-creased;the levels of SOD,GSH-Px activity in serum and hippocampus tissue were decreased while MAO activity and MDA content were in-creased(P<0.05).Injection of salvia miltiorrhiza obviously improved learning and memory abilities compared with those of model group;SOD,GSH-Px activity in serum and hippocampus were increased significantly and MDA content was decreased compared with those of model group(P<0.05),MAO activity in the hippocampus was also decreased(P<0.05).Conclusions Salvia Miltiorrhiza could improve learning and memory abilities of D-galactose induced aging mice through improving SOD,GSH-Px vitality and reducing MAO activity and MDA content in the blood and brain tissue.
