目的探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病健康管理中的作用。方法选取2012年6月~2014年6月收治的糖尿病患者78例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组39例。在相同的治疗程序下,给予对照组患者传统的健康教育,给予观察组患者传统健康教育的基础上外加进行全程健康教育,对两组患者的血糖控制情况、糖尿病知识掌握情况、患者自我管理能力、对护理服务满意度情况等进行观察比较。结果观察组患者的血糖控制有效率、糖尿病知识掌握良好率、患者自我管理能力良好率及对护理总满意度分别为92.3%、76.9%、79.5%、100%,较对照组患者的82.1%、43.6%、46.2%、94.9%均显著提高,两组间比较差异均具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病的治疗管理,采用全程健康教育模式较传统教育模式具有更显著的作用效果,临床上值得进一步推广与应用。

목적탐토전정건강교육모식재당뇨병건강관리중적작용。방법선취2012년6월~2014년6월수치적당뇨병환자78례,장기수궤분위관찰조여대조조,매조39례。재상동적치료정서하,급여대조조환자전통적건강교육,급여관찰조환자전통건강교육적기출상외가진행전정건강교육,대량조환자적혈당공제정황、당뇨병지식장악정황、환자자아관리능력、대호리복무만의도정황등진행관찰비교。결과관찰조환자적혈당공제유효솔、당뇨병지식장악량호솔、환자자아관리능력량호솔급대호리총만의도분별위92.3%、76.9%、79.5%、100%,교대조조환자적82.1%、43.6%、46.2%、94.9%균현저제고,량조간비교차이균구유현저통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대우당뇨병적치료관리,채용전정건강교육모식교전통교육모식구유경현저적작용효과,림상상치득진일보추엄여응용。
Objective To explore the role of holistic health education in diabetes health management. Method 78 patients with diabetes who came to our hospital for treatment between June 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 39 cases in each group. Under the same treatment procedures, patients in control group were given traditional health education while patients in treatment group were given holistic health education in addition. Observed and compared the blood sugar control situation, knowledge of diabetes, patients' self-management ability and patients' satisfaction of nursing service between two groups. Result The effective rate of blood sugar control, knowledge of diabetes, patients' self-management ability and patients' satisfaction of nursing service in the treatment group was 92.3%, 76.9%, 79.5%and 100%respectively while they were 82.1%, 43.6%, 46.2%and 94.9%respectively in the control group. It was found out that all indicators in the treatment group were much higher than the control group with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Holistic health education is much more effective than traditional health education for diabetes treatment management. It is worthy of further clinical application.
