目的：探讨管理技术标准化应用于口腔医疗质量控制中的措施与效果。方法对我院口腔科施行管理技术标准化措施，并对口腔医疗质量控制效果进行考核。结果2012年1月～2014年1月，我院口腔门诊患者就诊量有所增加，患者满意度上升，投诉与纠纷明显减少。结论管理技术标准化对口腔医疗质量控制有促进作用，有利于提升口腔医疗质量管理水平。

목적：탐토관리기술표준화응용우구강의료질량공제중적조시여효과。방법대아원구강과시행관리기술표준화조시，병대구강의료질량공제효과진행고핵。결과2012년1월～2014년1월，아원구강문진환자취진량유소증가，환자만의도상승，투소여규분명현감소。결론관리기술표준화대구강의료질량공제유촉진작용，유리우제승구강의료질량관리수평。
ObjectiveTo explore the measures and effects of management standardization of technology applied in medical quality control in the oral cavity.methodsThe implementation of technical standardization measures onmanagement of Department of stomatology in our hospital, and examine the effect of oral medical quality control.ResultsFrom 2012 January to 2014 December in our hospital during the period, oral outpatient treatmentincreased, the satisfaction degree of patients increased, complaints and disputes decreased. ConclusionThe management technology standardization to promote the role of oral medical quality control, is conducive to thepromotion of oral medical quality management level.
