目的通过以无线移动护理信息技术“护士三宝”构建智能化二级护士工作站,保障病人医疗安全,缩短护士服务半径,提高护理工作效率,提升患者满意度。方法合理设置二级护士工作站,配备“护士三宝”:移动护理操作平台、输液监视器、I-touch手持移动终端,运用无线网络技术将“护士三宝”合理结合运用。结果应用智能化二级护士站后护理不良事件发生率显著下降,护士书写时间、工作半径、往返护士站次数及病房亮红灯次数(统计输液治疗高峰期9:00-12:00)均比使用前大幅度下降,患者、护士及医生满意度均有较大提高。结论智能化二级护士站的建立将护士站功能整体前移,优化了服务流程,践行了“把护士还给病人”的理念;提高了临床护理安全性,保障患者安全;实现了无纸化、无线化办公,提高护士工作效率;提升了患者、护士、医生满意度及医院形象。

목적통과이무선이동호리신식기술“호사삼보”구건지능화이급호사공작참,보장병인의료안전,축단호사복무반경,제고호리공작효솔,제승환자만의도。방법합리설치이급호사공작참,배비“호사삼보”:이동호리조작평태、수액감시기、I-touch수지이동종단,운용무선망락기술장“호사삼보”합리결합운용。결과응용지능화이급호사참후호리불량사건발생솔현저하강,호사서사시간、공작반경、왕반호사참차수급병방량홍등차수(통계수액치료고봉기9:00-12:00)균비사용전대폭도하강,환자、호사급의생만의도균유교대제고。결론지능화이급호사참적건립장호사참공능정체전이,우화료복무류정,천행료“파호사환급병인”적이념;제고료림상호리안전성,보장환자안전;실현료무지화、무선화판공,제고호사공작효솔;제승료환자、호사、의생만의도급의원형상。
Objective To build intellectualized secondary nurse station on the basis of wireless mobile nursing information technology"nurses' three treasures" so as to ensure medical safety, reduce nurse service radius and improve nursing service efficiency and patient satisfaction. Method Based on the rational setting of secondary nurse stations, equip them with"nurses' three treasures"including nursing mobile platform, transfusion monitor and i-touch handset mobile devices. Use wireless network technology to give full play of"nurses' three treasures". Results The application of intellectualized secondary nurse station, the incidence of nursing adverse events, the time of nurses' writing, service radius, frequency of going back to nurse station and the frequency of red light (transfusion rush hour is from 9:00 to 12:00) significantly decreased than before while patients' satisfaction, nurses' satisfaction as well as doctors' satisfaction significantly increased. Conclusion The setting of intellectualized secondary nurse station optimizes service process, practices the concept of"return the nurses to the patient", improves the clinical nursing safety and efficiency and realizes paperless and wireless office, which in turn also improves the satisfaction from patients, nurses and doctors as well as the hospital's figure.
