目的探讨优质护理管理在控制院内感染中的应用效果。方法以实施优质护理管理为分界点将120例ICU患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理管理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用优质护理管理预防感染，比较两组的护理质量、院感发生率及患者的护理满意度。结果优质护理管理实施后，护士在病房管理、消毒隔离、感染监控、无菌操作技能等护理质量方面的评分高于实施前，均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。院内感染率低于实施前，医护患的满意度均高于实施前，均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理管理能够有效降低ICU院内感染的发生率，确保患者的住院安全，提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on controlling the incidence of nosocomial infection. Methods In total 120 ICU patients were included in our study and divided into observation group and control group based on the initial point of implementing high quality nursing management. Patients in control group received routine nursing management while patients in observation group received not only routine nursing as control group but also high quality nursing management to prevent infection. The nursing quality, incidence of nosocomial infection and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After the implementation of high quality nursing management, nurses' scores in aspects of ward management, disinfection and isolation, infection monitoring and non-sterile operational skills were higher than before and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nosocomial infection rate after the implementation of high quality nurse management was lower than that before, and the satisfaction of medical staffs and patients was also higher than before. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing management can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection of patients in ICU effectively, ensure the hospitalization safety and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
