目的通过实施科学、合理的跌倒风险分级管理策略和方法，分析跌倒风险分级管理在防止住院患者跌倒管理中的作用。方法选取2012年1月到2014年1月期间住院患者共200例，将患者随机分为两组，对照组和观察组分别100例，观察组患者给予实施跌倒风险分级管理措施，对照组不干预，比较两组患者实施跌倒风险分级管理前后的跌倒发生率。结果实施跌倒风险管理的跌倒患者人数明显下降，实施前跌倒人数为17例，实施后为5例，降低了12.00%；发生率明显低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论在住院患者跌倒管理中实施风险分级管理具有重要的作用和意义，能达到非常积极的效果，跌倒风险分级管理值得在日常护理管理工作中推广和应用。

Objective Through the implementation of scientific and reasonable risk classification management strategies and methods, analyzed the role of risk classification management in preventing inpatients' falls. Method 200 inpatients who were in our hospital between January 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into two groups with100 cases respectively. Treatment group was given fall risk classification management measures while no measures were given to control group. Compared the incidence of falls before and after conducting risk classification management between two groups. Results The number of patients who fell down in treatment group significantly decreased with 17 cases before the implementation and 5 cases after implementation, dropping by 62.00%. The incidence was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of risk classification management in inpatients' fall management is of great significance, which can achieve very positive effect. Fall risk classification management is worth popularization and application in daily management work.
