目的：探讨阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液与利多卡因在牙体牙髓病麻醉治疗中的有效性。方法选取2012年11月～2013年12月来我院进行治疗的牙体牙髓病患者130例，按照麻醉治疗方式的不同分为对照组64例和观察组66例。其中对照组患者使用利多卡因进行治疗，观察组患者使用阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液进行治疗，观察两组患者麻醉起效的时间、血压、以及心率变化，同时比较两组患者的总有效率。结果对照组患者总有效率为85.94％；观察组患者总有效率为98.48％。且在麻药起效时间方面，观察组患者明显快于对照组。而在血压测量中，两组患者的收缩压变化并不明显，舒张压和心率变化差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在牙体牙髓病麻醉治疗的过程中，阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液比利多卡因的麻醉疗效更好，是一种安全的麻醉药物，这一发现具有极强的推广价值，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토아체잡인신상선소주사액여리다잡인재아체아수병마취치료중적유효성。방법선취2012년11월～2013년12월래아원진행치료적아체아수병환자130례，안조마취치료방식적불동분위대조조64례화관찰조66례。기중대조조환자사용리다잡인진행치료，관찰조환자사용아체잡인신상선소주사액진행치료，관찰량조환자마취기효적시간、혈압、이급심솔변화，동시비교량조환자적총유효솔。결과대조조환자총유효솔위85.94％；관찰조환자총유효솔위98.48％。차재마약기효시간방면，관찰조환자명현쾌우대조조。이재혈압측량중，량조환자적수축압변화병불명현，서장압화심솔변화차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재아체아수병마취치료적과정중，아체잡인신상선소주사액비리다잡인적마취료효경호，시일충안전적마취약물，저일발현구유겁강적추엄개치，치득림상추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo investigate the articaine epinephrine injection and lidocaine anesthesia effectiveness in the treatment of dental pulp disease.methodsFrom 2012 November to 2013 year in December in our hospital 130patients with dental pulp disease treatment cases, according to different anesthesia methods for the treatment asthe observation group and the control group, 64 cases of control group patients, patients in the observation group of 66 cases. Patients in the control group used lidocaine treatment, patients in the observation group use Articaine Hydrochloride and Epinephrine Tartrate Injection treatment, observing the onset of anesthesia in patients of the two groups of time and blood pressure, heart rate changes of the two groups were compared, the total efifciency ofthe situation.ResultsThe patients in the control group the total effective rate was 85.94%; in the observation groupthe total effective rate was 98.48%. And in the anesthetic onset time, patients in the observation group was signiifcantly faster than that of the control group patients. Measurement of blood pressure, the two groups of patients with systolic blood pressure change is not obvious, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate had signiifcant difference,(P<0.05).ConclusionThe anesthesia in the dental pulp disease treatment process, articaine epinephrine injection than better anesthesia effect of lidocaine is a safeanesthetic drugs, with strong clinical value of this ifnding, it is worthy of popularization and application.
