基层医院口腔科普遍存在诊疗环境较差、设备陈旧、医疗设备不全等现象，而且医务人员普遍安全意识差及消毒灭菌不规范等危险因素，增加了医院感染的风险，因此应将口腔科医院感染控制作为医院感染控制工作的重点科室之一，切实引起医院院感部门的高度重视，加大人员培训与设备投入，从根本上控制医院感染的发生。
