目的：观察补阳还五汤对重型颅脑损伤恢复期患者血液流变学的影响并探究其作用机制。方法将68例颅脑颅脑损伤昏迷患者随机分为两组，对照组32例予以西医常规治疗，治疗组36例在此基础加用补阳还五汤剂口服或鼻饲，疗程为21天；检测两组治疗前后血液流变学指标变化，并进行比较。结果治疗组血液流变学各项指标与治疗前比较有明显改善，治疗组血液流变学各项指标与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论补阳还五汤可有效改善重型颅脑损伤恢复期患者血液流变性。
목적：관찰보양환오탕대중형로뇌손상회복기환자혈액류변학적영향병탐구기작용궤제。방법장68례로뇌로뇌손상혼미환자수궤분위량조，대조조32례여이서의상규치료，치료조36례재차기출가용보양환오탕제구복혹비사，료정위21천；검측량조치료전후혈액류변학지표변화，병진행비교。결과치료조혈액류변학각항지표여치료전비교유명현개선，치료조혈액류변학각항지표여대조조비교유현저성차이。결론보양환오탕가유효개선중형로뇌손상회복기환자혈액류변성。
Objective To observe the effect of Buyanghuanwu Decoction on blood hemorheology of patients with severe craniocerebral injury in convalescent stage. Methods 68 patients with severe craniocere-bral injury were randomly divided into 36 patients in treatment group and 32 patients in control group,the con-trol group was treated with conventional Western medicine,the treatment group was treated on the basis of con-ventional western medicine plus Buyanghuanwu decoction treatment,evaluated the effects after 21 days. Meas-ured the indexes of hemorheology in the 2 groups before and after the treatment. Results The indexes of blood rheology in the treatment group were significantly improved than that before the treatment;After the treatment,blood rheology of the treatment group were significantly different compared with the control group. Conclusion Buyanghuanwu decoction can improve the indexs of patients in recovery of severe craniocerebral injury blood rheology.
