目的：总结多西他赛同步放化疗中晚期食管癌患者的疗效，寻找能够提升中晚期食管癌患者整体治疗效果的重要方案。方法：本次研究资料选取2012年10月至2014年10月期间在本中心医院接受诊治的66例中晚期食管癌患者，以随机数字法将其划分成两个小组，分别是实验组与对照组。对照组病患接受常规放疗，实验组病患接受多西他赛同步放化疗，并且对比及分析两组病患不良反应以及治疗情况等。结果：研究结果表明，实验组研究对象在治疗效果方面存在着绝对性优势（P＜0.05）。同时，两组病患在不良反应方面却并未表现出明显性区别（P＞0.05）。结论：临床上给予中晚期食管癌患者多西他赛同步放化疗，除了治疗程序安全性较高而且操作便捷之外，还有助于控制出现各种不良反应，建议推广。
