目的:探讨社区老年2型糖尿病患者生存质量状况及相关因素。方法收集2013年4月—2014年7月该社区治疗的100例老年2型糖尿病患者,进行生存质量调查,内容包括患者对环境领域、社会领域、心理领域、生理领域情况及病例资料进行调查。结果100例糖尿病患者生存质量好10例,占10.0%,较好9例,占9.0%,较差37例,占37.0%,差44例,占44.0%。该组患者病发冠心病45例,占45.0%,吸烟51例,占51.0%,体重超标52例,体重指数为(25.2±2.6)kg/m2,血压升高74例,舒张压为(84.1±13.9)mmHg,收缩压为(145.4±11.1)mmHg,载脂蛋白 A1(ApoA1)为明显升高。因此2型与冠心病、体重、血压、载脂蛋白A1密切相关。结论2型与冠心病、体重、血压、载脂蛋白A1密切相关。

Objective To study the community of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes quality of life and related factors.Methods Collected in April 2013 to July 2014 the community treatment of 100 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, survival quality investigation, included patients on environmental, social, psychological, physiological field conditions and case data to investigate. Results 10 cases of 100 cases of diabetes patients survival quality, accounted for 10.0%, good 9 cases, 9.0%, 37 cases, poor (37.0%),and 44 cases,accounting for 44.0%. , this group of patients with disease of coronary heart disease by 45 cases (45.0%), smoking, 51 patients (51.0%), overweight 52 cases, a bmi of (25.2±2.6) kg/m2,74 cases of blood pressure, diastolic pressure (84.1±13.9) mmHg, systolic blood pressure (145.4±11.1) mmHg, apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) increased significantly. Therefore type 2 and coronary heart disease (CHD), body weight, blood pressure, apolipoprotein A1 are closely related.Conclusion Type 2 and coronary heart disease (CHD), body weight, blood pressure, apolipoprotein A1 are closely related.
