目的：研究综合护理防护机制在艾滋病患者皮试过程中减少临床护士执业暴露的应用效果。方法：选取我院2013年10月至2014年4月的22例艾滋病患者皮试案例作为对照组，新制定的综合护理防护方案应用到2014年5月至11月的26例艾滋患者皮试针刺防护案例中作为观察组。结果：对照组发生皮试针刺伤事故2次，针刺伤发生率9.1%，实施新的综合护理防护方案的观察组发生针刺伤事故0次，达到了零执业暴露。结论：综合护理防护方案，其中包括加强管理、严格的培训、提升护士自身素质、改善护理设备，在减少艾滋病患者针刺伤事故的发生起到很好的临床效果，值得在临床实践中推广。

Objective: Study the application effect of comprehensive nursing protection in decreasing the occupational exposure for nurse when performing the AIDS patient skin test. Methods: Select 22 AIDS patient skin tests from October 2013 to April 2014 as the anchor group, the 26 AIDS patient skin tests in which the comprehensive nursing protection is used from May 2014 to November 2014 are used as the test group. Results: 2 needlestick injuries occur in the anchor group, and the incidence of needlestick injury is 9.1%. However, none needlestick injury occurs for the test group. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing protection including strengthen management, strict training, promote individual qualities, and improve nursing equipment, is effective to decrease the occurrence of needlestick injury in the AIDS patient skin test, and it is worth to be widely used in the clinical practice.
