目的:探讨血清尿酸(UA)、乳酸脱氢酶﹙LDH﹚与子痫前期或子痫致可逆性后部白质脑病综合征﹙RPLS﹚发病的关系及临床意义。方法:分析27例子痫前期或子痫并发RPLS患者的临床资料,测定血清UA、LDH及其它生化指标,与同期住院行MRI检查结果阴性的子痫前期或子痫患者30例相比较。分析血清UA、LDH水平与RPLS发病的相关性。结果:RPLS组患者血清UA、LDH﹙472±18μmo/L,423±68 U/L﹚水平显著高于对照组﹙365±16μmo/L,286±54 U/L﹚﹙均P<0.05﹚。Pearson相关分析显示,血清UA、LDH水平与RPLS发病呈正相关﹙r=0.218, P=0.014;r=0.426, P=0.002﹚。结论:RPLS患者可能存在有更为严重的血管内皮功能损伤,联合检测血清UA、LDH对于RPLS的早期诊断具有一定的临床意义。

0bjective:To evaluate the clinical value of the uric acid and lactic dehydrogenase in preeclampsia-eclampsia patients with Reversible Posterior Leukoencephalolpathy Syndrome﹙RPLS﹚ in preeclampsia-eclampsia patients.Methods: 27 preeclampsia-eclarnpsia patients with RPLS were divided into RPLS group and 30 preeclampsia-clampsia controls with normal MRI findings were divided into control group. LDH,UA and other biomarckers were analyzed in the RPLS group and in the control group. The spss 16.0 was used to analyse the relevance between LDH,UA and RPLS incidence.Results: The concentration of LDH、UA﹙472±18μmo/L, 423±68 U/L﹚ in the RPLS group were obviously higher than that﹙365±16 μmo/L,286±54 U/L﹚﹙P<0.05﹚ of the control group, The RPLS was associated with LDH、UA﹙r=0.218, P=0.014;r=0.426, P=0.002﹚.Conclusions: There were severe vascular endothelium injury in RPLS patients,UA and LDH could be the early diagnostic biomarkers for RPLS.
