利用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器建立检测轻工产品中甲乙酮、α-吡咯烷酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N-乙基吡咯烷酮残留量的一种较简单的方法。采用40℃超声水浴提取方式,提取溶液为0.1%的十二烷基磺酸钠水溶液。在已优化条件下方法的被测物的检测低限在20~40μg/L,回收率高于91.6%。方法成功应用于测定轻工产品中的甲乙酮、α-吡咯烷酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮,N-乙基吡咯烷酮,检测结果准确度高于传统的气相色谱法,且提取步骤简单。

A simple method is set up by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV-detector for determination of methyl ethyl ketone, α-Butanone, 2-Pyrrolidone and N-Methyl pyrrolidone in light industrial prod-ucts. 0.1% sodium dodecyl sulfonate aqueous solution is used for the ultrasonic extraction at 40 ℃. Under optimal conditions, the quantification limits for the desired compounds ranging from 20 μg/L to 40 μg/L were obtained, and the recoveries were higher than 91.6%. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of the target compounds in light industrial products with a higher sensitivity and simpler extraction than traditional gas chromatography methods.
