山东省千佛山医院通过成立大质控机构,建立职能部门月度联合检查制度。该制度在执行两年期间,得到了职能部门和临床一线人员的一致肯定。实践证明,该项制度加强了管理人员的履职力,提升了员工质量与安全意识,增进了职能部门与临床一线的沟通,切实解决了临床实际困难,建立了医院质控指标体系,激发了临床一线人员的工作积极性,有效提升了医院精细化管理水平。同时,指出要深入结合医院中短期发展规划,进一步摸索,体现出向高风险岗位倾斜、向高技术含金量倾斜、向高成果转化倾斜的趋势,使质控指标体系建设更加趋于合理化、公平化、个性化。

By setting up hospital level quality control institute, a monthly joint examination system of functional departments was established. This system has been affirmed by all of staff of functional departments and front-line clinical medical workers after the past two years of system implementation. Practices have proven that this system has strengthened the resumption capability of the management, enhanced the communication between staff of functional departments and front-line clinical medical workers, concretely solved the actually clinical difficulties and effectively upgraded hospital’s lean management. It also shows that quality control index system needs more rational, equity and individual and more attends to high risk and high technology post.
