目的：探究小檗碱对2型糖尿病小鼠肠道菌群的影响。方法选择6周的大鼠30只,随机分为3组,每组10只；A组（健康对照组）、B组（2型糖尿病模型组）、C组（小檗碱治疗组）,B、C组为2型糖尿病模型组；建模成功后,A、B组每日生理盐水灌胃,C组每日定量小檗碱灌胃,2周后对各组的小鼠粪便利用稀释平板计数法和快速细菌鉴定法定性、定量分析。结果 A、C组菌群种类相差较小,A、C组与B组肠道菌群差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论小檗碱对2型糖尿病小鼠肠道菌群起到一定改善作用。

목적：탐구소벽감대2형당뇨병소서장도균군적영향。방법선택6주적대서30지,수궤분위3조,매조10지；A조（건강대조조）、B조（2형당뇨병모형조）、C조（소벽감치료조）,B、C조위2형당뇨병모형조；건모성공후,A、B조매일생리염수관위,C조매일정량소벽감관위,2주후대각조적소서분편이용희석평판계수법화쾌속세균감정법정성、정량분석。결과 A、C조균군충류상차교소,A、C조여B조장도균군차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론소벽감대2형당뇨병소서장도균군기도일정개선작용。
Objective To explore the influence of berberine on type 2 diabetic mice intestinal flora;Methods 30 rats six weeks, were randomly divided into three groups, each 10;A group (healthy controls group), group B (type 2 diabetic group), group C (berberine treatment group),B, C group of type 2 diabetic group;modeled after a successful, A, group B daily normal saline, group C quantitative berberine orally daily, two weeks after each group of mice droppings dilution plate count method and the use of rapid bacterial identification statutory nature and quantitative analysis;Results A, group C bacteria species difference is small, A group C and group B intestinal flora difference obvious, with statistical significance (P<0.05);Conclusion berberine on type 2 diabetic mice intestinal flora plays a certain improvement.
