目的:探究分析3种药物联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法该研究以该院收治的44例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组22例。对对照组患者采用甲钴胺联合前列地尔进行治疗,对观察组患者采用依帕司他、甲钴胺联合前列地尔进行治疗,然后观察两组患者的临床效果。结果经过治疗之后,观察组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为95.50%、63.64%,观察组临床总有效率明显优越于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依帕司他、甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,具有良好的临床效果,能够有效的改善糖尿病周围神经病变症状,同时促进末梢神经传导功能的恢复,具有安全可靠性,值得在临床上应用和推广。

목적:탐구분석3충약물연합치료당뇨병주위신경병변적림상효과。방법해연구이해원수치적44례당뇨병주위신경병변환자위연구대상,장기수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조22례。대대조조환자채용갑고알연합전렬지이진행치료,대관찰조환자채용의파사타、갑고알연합전렬지이진행치료,연후관찰량조환자적림상효과。결과경과치료지후,관찰조화대조조적림상총유효솔분별위95.50%、63.64%,관찰조림상총유효솔명현우월우대조조(P<0.05)。결론의파사타、갑고알연합전렬지이치료당뇨병주위신경병변,구유량호적림상효과,능구유효적개선당뇨병주위신경병변증상,동시촉진말소신경전도공능적회복,구유안전가고성,치득재림상상응용화추엄。
Objective To explore the analysis of three drug combination therapy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical results. Methods In this study, in July 2013-2014 July 44 cases admitted to our hospital with diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients for the study were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 22 cases in each group. For the control group were treated with mecobalamin alprostadil treatment, observation group were treated with epalrestat, mecobalamin alprostadil treatment, and then observe the clinical effect of the two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the clinical observation group and the control group total effective rate was 95.50%, 63.64%, respectively, of the total clinical effective observation group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion epalrestat, mecobalamin alprostadil treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, with good clinical results, can effectively improve the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, while promoting the recovery of peripheral nerve conduction, with the security and reliability, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
