目的:调查企业18~45岁员工职业卫生知识、健康知识等知晓情况和网络健康教育需求。方法:采用随机整群抽样在9家中小型企业中抽取18~45岁的员工进行调查。结果:职业卫生法律法规平均得分4.88分,职业卫生知识3.78分,健康知识5.33分,不同职务和学历者职业卫生法律法规和健康知识得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),职业卫生知识在不同性别、年龄、职务、文化程度员工中差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。78.55%的员工上网,60.25%的员工认为网络健康教育有意义,61.36%的员工愿意接受网络健康教育。结论:员工职业卫生和健康知识欠缺,对网络健康教育的需求较大,开展网络健康教育具有可行性。

Objective:To investigate the awareness of occupation health knowledge,health knowledge and the demand for health education network in 18 to 45 years old employees.Methods:Using random cluster sampling method,18 to 45 years old employees were selected in the 9 small and medium enterprises for investigation.Results:The average score of occupational health laws and regulations was 4.88 points,occupational health knowledge was 3.78 points,health knowledge was 5.33 points,at different positions and qualifications,there was statistical significance of occupational health laws and regulations and health knowledge score(P<0.05),occupation health knowledge had statistical significance in different gender,age,culture degree,position and so on.78.55%of employees was on the internet,60.25% of the staff thinked network health education was significant,61.36% of the employees were willing to accept the health education network.Conclusion:Occupation health and health knowledge of employee were lacking, the network of health education demand was larger,it was feasible to implement health education network.
