目的：探讨褥疮管理办法纳入科室全面预算管理在控制褥疮发生中的效果。方法：通过褥疮管理办法纳入科室全面预算管理，褥疮小组对上报难免褥疮患者严格审核，对符合难免褥疮患者及褥疮患者进行全院会诊、指导，内网跟踪及监督皮肤情况。结果：褥疮管理办法纳入科室全面预算管理后，褥疮的发生率明显降低，提高了褥疮的治愈率。结论：加强褥疮奖惩办法的管理，对上报难免褥疮患者经褥疮小组审核不符合条件者予以否认，可有效控制褥疮的发生，提高褥疮的治愈率。

목적：탐토욕창관리판법납입과실전면예산관리재공제욕창발생중적효과。방법：통과욕창관리판법납입과실전면예산관리，욕창소조대상보난면욕창환자엄격심핵，대부합난면욕창환자급욕창환자진행전원회진、지도，내망근종급감독피부정황。결과：욕창관리판법납입과실전면예산관리후，욕창적발생솔명현강저，제고료욕창적치유솔。결론：가강욕창장징판법적관리，대상보난면욕창환자경욕창소조심핵불부합조건자여이부인，가유효공제욕창적발생，제고욕창적치유솔。
Objective:To explore the effect of pressure sores management method incorporated into the department overall budget management in the control of pressure sores occurrence.Methods:Through the pressure sores management method incorporated into the department overall budget management,the pressure sores group strictly audited the reported inevitably patients with pressure sores,and given full consultation,guidance,network monitoring and supervision of skin for inevitably patients with pressure sores and patients with pressure ulcers.Results:After the pressure sores management method incorporated into the department overall budget management,the incidence rate of pressure sore was significantly reduced,the cure rate of pressure sore was improved.Conclusion:Strengthen the management of pressure sore rewards and punishment,the reported inevitably patients with pressure sores by the pressure sores group auditing do not meet the conditions that are denied.It can effectively control the incidence of pressure sores,and improve the cure rate of pressure sore.
