目前石油含水率测量应用的方法主要有射线法、短波吸收法、微波法、电容法、射频法和红外光谱法等,测油品微水含量采用卡尔·费休法。通过综合分析现有的测水技术,将微波法、电容、射频法相融合,加入脉冲补偿电路、积分放大电路等,采用电脉冲分析法在线测量石油水份,使测量的稳定性和准确性得到很大提升。传感器部分采用圆筒形结构,使测水仪在操作上更加简便,使用和测量范围更大,灵活性和可靠性也得到加强。

The current methods of measuring the moisture content of the crude oil mainly include ray method, shortwave absorption, microwave, capacitive method, radio frequency and infrared spectroscopy method, and the Karl Fischer method is used to measure moisture content in oil. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing moisture measuring technology, microwave method, capacitors, RF wears were integrated, adding pulse compensation circuit, integrating amplifier, etc., using an electric pulse analysis on-line measurement of oil moisture, so that the stability and accuracy of the measurements obtained was greatly improved. Sensor uses a cylindrical structure, so that the measuring water meter was easily used on the operator, greater use and measurement range, flexibility and reliability have also been strengthened.
