目的:了解洪山区0~6岁儿童血铅水平分布状况及相关因素,为预防儿童铅中毒提供依据。方法:0~6岁儿童手指末梢血1227例按年龄分为两组,采用原子吸收光谱仪检测两组血铅水平。结果:Ⅰ组铅超标率1.11%,铅中毒率0.16%。Ⅱ组铅超标率0.67%,铅中毒率0。结论:洪山区儿童血铅水平处于国内中等水平,但仍高于发达国家。

목적:료해홍산구0~6세인동혈연수평분포상황급상관인소,위예방인동연중독제공의거。방법:0~6세인동수지말소혈1227례안년령분위량조,채용원자흡수광보의검측량조혈연수평。결과:Ⅰ조연초표솔1.11%,연중독솔0.16%。Ⅱ조연초표솔0.67%,연중독솔0。결론:홍산구인동혈연수평처우국내중등수평,단잉고우발체국가。
Objective:To explore the blood lead levels and related factors of from 0 to 6 years old children in hongshan district and to provide basis for the prevention of lead poisoning in children.Methods:1 227 cases from 0 to 6 years old children were divided into two groups according to the age,and the blood lead levels of two groups were detected by atomic absorption spectrometer.Results:The over-standard lead of Ⅰ group was 1.11%,and the lead poisoning rate was 0.16%.The over-standard lead of Ⅱ group was 0.67%,and the lead poisoning rate was 0%.Conclusion:The blood lead level of children in hongshan district was medium level in domestic,but still higher than the developed countries.
