目的：探讨超声在胎盘早剥诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：2012年1月-2014年10月收治初步诊断疑似胎盘早剥患者12例，回顾性分析其相关资料，所有患者采取多普勒超声显像仪进行检查，以探讨超声在胎盘早剥诊断中的临床应用价值。结果：超声诊断快速准确提示血肿位置、胎盘增厚数据、胎盘早剥面大小，与术后病理检查符合率100%。结论：超声检查对胎盘早剥敏感性、特异性和准确性都很高，且能迅速提示胎盘早剥的位置、范围大小和严重程度以及胎儿状况，可作为诊断胎盘早剥的首选检查方法。

목적：탐토초성재태반조박진단중적림상응용개치。방법：2012년1월-2014년10월수치초보진단의사태반조박환자12례，회고성분석기상관자료，소유환자채취다보륵초성현상의진행검사，이탐토초성재태반조박진단중적림상응용개치。결과：초성진단쾌속준학제시혈종위치、태반증후수거、태반조박면대소，여술후병리검사부합솔100%。결론：초성검사대태반조박민감성、특이성화준학성도흔고，차능신속제시태반조박적위치、범위대소화엄중정도이급태인상황，가작위진단태반조박적수선검사방법。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of applying ultrasound in the diagnosis of placental abruption.Methods:12 patients that suspected diagnosis of placental abruption initially were selected from January 2012 to October 2014.Their data were analyzed retrospectivly,and all of them were examined by taking doppler ultrasonography,in order to investigate the clinical value of appllying ultrasound in the diagnosis of placental abruption.Results:Ultrasound can prompt haematoma position,placenta thickening data and placental abruption size quickly and accurately.The coincidence rate of ultrasound and pathological examination after operation was 100% .Conclusion:Ultrasonography has very high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of placental abruption,and it can prompt placental abruption location,scope,severity and fetal condition,so it can be used as preferred examination method in the diagnosis of placental abruption.
