目的:通过测量乌鲁木齐市女性骨密度(BMD)及血清中的微量元素,比较两组之间是否存在差异。方法:使用MEDILINK生产的双能X线骨密度测量仪对乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族30~40岁与60~70岁及汉族60~70岁3组女性各30人进行骨密度测定;使用美国贝克曼库尔特生产的 Unicel Dxc 800 Synchron 生化检验仪查血清中的微量元素钙、磷、镁、铁、铜、锌含量。按不同年龄及民族分成两部分对比,一部分是乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族30~40岁与60~70岁女性对比,另一部分是60~70岁汉族女性与维吾尔族女性之间的对比。比较研究对象血清中微量元素及骨密度之间的差异是否有统计学意义。结果:维吾尔族青年女性组的BMD(0.925±0.127)g/cm2,维吾尔族老年女性组的BMD(0.774±0.144)g/cm2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);血清微量元素锌的维吾尔族青年女性组(17.4±1.96)μmol/L,老年女性组的锌(19.0±2.36)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。其余的血清微量元素钙、磷、镁、铁、铜两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。然而汉族60~70岁女性组的 BMD(0.773±0.121)g/cm2,维吾尔族60~70岁女性组的 BMD(0.774±0.144)g/cm2,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);汉族60~70岁女性组的微量元素铁(19.5±6.18)μmol/L,维吾尔族60~70岁女性组的微量元素铁(14.1±2.88)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。其余的血清微量元素钙、磷、镁两组之间差异无统计学意义。结论:维吾尔族青年女性组与维吾尔族老年组女性的骨密度及血清中锌含量差异存在统计学意义。汉族与维吾尔族60~70岁女性血清微量元素铁含量差异存在统计学意义。

Objective:Through the measurement of bone mineral density(BMD) and trace elements in serum in women of urumqi city,to compare the differences of the two groups.Methods:Using of MEDILINK production of dual energy X-ray bone density measuring instrument,the bone mineral density was measured at 30 to 40 years old and 60 to 70 years old of uygur in urumqi city and 60 to 70 years old women of the Han nationality with 30 people in each;using Unicel Dxc 800 Synchron biochemical tester of production in America Beckman Kurt,serum calcium,phosphorus,magnesium,iron,copper,zinc content was determined.According to different age and ethnic group,they were divided into two parts,one part of the contrast between 30 to 40 years old and 60 to 70 years old of uygur in urumqi city,the other part of the contrast between 60 to 70 years old women of Han and Uygur women.We compared whether there was statistically significant between trace elements in serum and bone mineral density of the object of study.Results:In the uygur youth female group,BMD was (0.925 ± 0.127)g/cm2,in the uygur elderly female group,BMD was (0.774 ± 0.144)g/cm2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);about the trace element zinc in serum,uygur young women group was (17.4±1.96)μmol/L,aged female group was (19±2.36)μmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference of calcium,phosphorus,magnesium,iron,copper between the two groups. However,in 60 to 70 year old Han female group,BMD was (0.773±0.121)g/cm2,in 60 to 70 years old uygur female group,BMD was (0.774±0.144)g/cm2,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);in 60 to 70 years of Han nationality female group, iron was (19.5 ± 6.18) μ mol/L,in 60 to 70 years old uygur female group,iron was (14.1 ± 2.88) μ mol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference of calcium,phosphorus,magnesium between the two groups.Conclusion:In the uygur young women group and the uygur older women group,there were significant differences between the content of zinc in serum and bone density.In the Han and uygur 60 to 70 year old women,iron had differences.
