目的：探求早期先兆流产的中医证素特点。方法：采用临床调研的方法，对138例早期先兆流产患者的证素特点进行研究，研究其病性、病位特点。结果：早期先兆流产患者的病位证素主要涉及肾、肝、胞宫、脾等。病性证素主要为气虚、阴虚、气滞、血热。证素特点与年龄、流产次数、产次有相关性。结论：早期先兆流产患者的病位主要在肾、肝、脾、胞宫；病性特征为气虚、血热、阴虚、气滞。证素特点与年龄、流产次数、产次有相关性。

목적：탐구조기선조유산적중의증소특점。방법：채용림상조연적방법，대138례조기선조유산환자적증소특점진행연구，연구기병성、병위특점。결과：조기선조유산환자적병위증소주요섭급신、간、포궁、비등。병성증소주요위기허、음허、기체、혈열。증소특점여년령、유산차수、산차유상관성。결론：조기선조유산환자적병위주요재신、간、비、포궁；병성특정위기허、혈열、음허、기체。증소특점여년령、유산차수、산차유상관성。
Objective:To explore the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome element characteristics of early threatened abortion. Methods:With the clinical research method,the syndrome element characteristics of 138 patients with early threatened abortion were studied,and the disease nature and disease location characteristics were studied.Results:The disease location syndrome elements of patients with early threatened abortion mainly related to the kidney,liver,uterus,spleen and so on.The disease nature syndrome elements were mainly qi deficiency,yin deficiency,qi depression,blood-heat.The syndrome element characteristics had correlation with age,abortion time,delivery time.Conclusion:The disease location of patients with early threatened abortion are mainly kidney,liver,uterus,spleen.The disease nature characteristics are mainly qi deficiency,blood-heat,yin deficiency,qi depression.The syndrome element characteristics have correlation with age,abortion time,delivery time.
