目的：探讨参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗老年冠心病心律失常的疗效。方法：将冠心病心律失常老年患者100例随机分为两组。对照组采用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗，治疗组在琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗基础上服用参松养心胶囊，比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率100%，明显优于对照组总有效率的90%(P＜0.05)。结论：参松养心胶囊联合琥珀美托洛尔缓释片治疗冠心病合并心律失常老年患者疗效显著。
目的：探討參鬆養心膠囊聯閤美託洛爾緩釋片治療老年冠心病心律失常的療效。方法：將冠心病心律失常老年患者100例隨機分為兩組。對照組採用琥珀痠美託洛爾緩釋片治療，治療組在琥珀痠美託洛爾緩釋片治療基礎上服用參鬆養心膠囊，比較兩組的療效。結果：治療組總有效率100%，明顯優于對照組總有效率的90%(P＜0.05)。結論：參鬆養心膠囊聯閤琥珀美託洛爾緩釋片治療冠心病閤併心律失常老年患者療效顯著。
목적：탐토삼송양심효낭연합미탁락이완석편치료노년관심병심률실상적료효。방법：장관심병심률실상노년환자100례수궤분위량조。대조조채용호박산미탁락이완석편치료，치료조재호박산미탁락이완석편치료기출상복용삼송양심효낭，비교량조적료효。결과：치료조총유효솔100%，명현우우대조조총유효솔적90%(P＜0.05)。결론：삼송양심효낭연합호박미탁락이완석편치료관심병합병심률실상노년환자료효현저。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of shensong yangxin capsule joint metoprolol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease with arrhythmia.Methods:100 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet,and the treatment group were given shensong yangxin capsule on the basis of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet.The curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100% ,which was obviously better than 90% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shensong yangxin capsule joint metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease with arrhythmia had significant curative effect.
