目的：探讨牙周非手术治疗对2型糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎患者牙周状况的影响。方法选择150例2型糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎患者，以2∶1的比例将其随机分为治疗组和对照组。100例治疗组患者接受牙周非手术治疗，50例对照组不进行牙周治疗，但实行与治疗组相同的口腔卫生教育。观察和对比记录两组患者基线及干预6个月后的牙周探诊深度(PD)和附着丧失（AL)情况。结果治疗组经牙周非手术治疗后，牙周探诊深度(PD)和附着丧失(AL)都明显下降(P<0.05)；对照组则无明显变化(P＞0.05)。结论牙周非手术治疗可有效对2型糖尿病患者的牙周炎症进行控制。
목적：탐토아주비수술치료대2형당뇨병반만성아주염환자아주상황적영향。방법선택150례2형당뇨병반만성아주염환자，이2∶1적비례장기수궤분위치료조화대조조。100례치료조환자접수아주비수술치료，50례대조조불진행아주치료，단실행여치료조상동적구강위생교육。관찰화대비기록량조환자기선급간예6개월후적아주탐진심도(PD)화부착상실（AL)정황。결과치료조경아주비수술치료후，아주탐진심도(PD)화부착상실(AL)도명현하강(P<0.05)；대조조칙무명현변화(P＞0.05)。결론아주비수술치료가유효대2형당뇨병환자적아주염증진행공제。
Objective To investigate the effect of periodontal nonoperative treatment on the periodontal status of patients with type 2 diabetes and chronic periodontitis. Methods 150 patients with type 2 diabetes and chronic periodontitis were selected and ran-domly divided into the treatment group and the control group in accordance with the ratio of 2:1. Based on the oral health educa-tion, 100 cases in the treatment group were given the periodontal nonoperative treatment, while 50 cases in the control group were not. The baseline and periodontal probing depth (PD) and attachment loss (AL) 6 months after intervention of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The periodontal PD and AL of the treatment group decreased significantly after nonoperative treatment(P<0.05);while those of the control group had no significant change(P>0.05). Conclusion Periodontal nonoperative treat-ment can effectively control the periodontitis in patients with type 2 diabetes.
