采用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计、访谈等方法,对6个省210所普通学校的武术教师状况进行调查研究。结果显示:当前武术教师学历层次、年龄结构趋于合理,但在人数、性别、专业、教学、科研、交流、进修等诸方面均存在不足,武术教师的整体状况难以胜任学校武术的发展。以大武术观为指导提出发展策略:加大对民族传统体育(武术)专业学生专业素质的培养力度;重视对体育教育专业学生武术基本礼、德、功、法、精神、教法的普及教育;成立学校武术教师发展中心,开展不同层次的武术教师培训、组建武术讲师团下基层指导;构建学校与民间多元化的武术教师学习交流机制等。

채용문권조사、문헌자료、수리통계、방담등방법,대6개성210소보통학교적무술교사상황진행조사연구。결과현시:당전무술교사학력층차、년령결구추우합리,단재인수、성별、전업、교학、과연、교류、진수등제방면균존재불족,무술교사적정체상황난이성임학교무술적발전。이대무술관위지도제출발전책략:가대대민족전통체육(무술)전업학생전업소질적배양력도;중시대체육교육전업학생무술기본례、덕、공、법、정신、교법적보급교육;성립학교무술교사발전중심,개전불동층차적무술교사배훈、조건무술강사단하기층지도;구건학교여민간다원화적무술교사학습교류궤제등。
Using questionnaire, literature, logical analysis and expert interview etc. methods,this paper conducts an investigation to the current status of the martial arts teach-ers at 210 schools in 6 provinces. The results show that the education level and age structure of current martial arts teachers tends to be more reasonable,but some short-comings exist at the aspects of number, gender, major, teaching,scientific research,communication,further edu-cation etc. , so the overall condition is unlikely to fulfill the development of school martial arts. Hereby the paper puts forward some development strategy under the guid-ance of the view of martial arts,in detail:to increase the cultivation to students’ professional quality of national tra-ditional sports ( martial arts );to emphasize the universal education to sports education professional students at as-pects of martial arts basic courtesy, morality, work, law, spirit and teaching methods;to establish the school martial arts teacher development center,develop different levels of martial arts teacher training and organize the martial arts lecturer mission to supply guidance to grassroots unit;to build diversified martial arts teachers exchange mecha-nism of schools and civil society,etc.
