针对液体流量标准装置中开式换向器对流量测量带来误差问题,分析了目前开式换向器测量不确定度分析中存在的局限性;在考虑换向挡板位置及喷嘴流速分布实际情况的基础上,建立了换向挡板在换入/换出行程的不同位置时引入的开式换向器流量测量误差模型。采用改变换向挡板位置的方法,并基于新建模型对开式换向器在流量测量中引入的测量误差进行了理论计算,计算结果与试验数据进行了比对,取得了较好的一致性。结果表明,本文建立的换向挡板在换入/换出行程的不同位置时引入的测量误差数学模型是合理的,能够满足开式换向器流量测量误差的分析计算。
針對液體流量標準裝置中開式換嚮器對流量測量帶來誤差問題,分析瞭目前開式換嚮器測量不確定度分析中存在的跼限性;在攷慮換嚮擋闆位置及噴嘴流速分佈實際情況的基礎上,建立瞭換嚮擋闆在換入/換齣行程的不同位置時引入的開式換嚮器流量測量誤差模型。採用改變換嚮擋闆位置的方法,併基于新建模型對開式換嚮器在流量測量中引入的測量誤差進行瞭理論計算,計算結果與試驗數據進行瞭比對,取得瞭較好的一緻性。結果錶明,本文建立的換嚮擋闆在換入/換齣行程的不同位置時引入的測量誤差數學模型是閤理的,能夠滿足開式換嚮器流量測量誤差的分析計算。

To overcome the error calculation difficulties of the diverter in the liquid flow calibration facilities, the limitations had been analyzed in the uncertainty model of the diverter at present. Based on considering the diversion damper situation and the jet flow velocity profile,a measurement error model of the diverter was developed in which the different location of the damper in the mid-travel was considered. The measurement error brought by the diverter was calculated based on the new measurement error model. Calculated results show that, the establishment of the new measurement uncertainty model of divert about the diversion damper situation was reasonable and could meet the error calculation of the divert.
